Shiv Sena MP Gaikwad’s air ticket cancelled once again
Being included on the no-fly list after brutally assaulting a 60-year-old duty manager of Air India for not being able to fly business class in an all economy Pune-Delhi flight, Air India cancelled a ticket booked by Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad from Mumbai to Delhi. It is been reported that Gaikwad was scheduled to travel Delhi to attend the Parliament proceedings on Monday. According to report, Air India cancelled the ticket as the Osmanabad MP has been included in the no-fly list. The issue of Gaikwad being banned by Federation of Indian Airlines echoed in Parliament. While Samajwadi Party, Congress and Shiv Sena backed MP Gaikwad, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Civil Aviation minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju supported airline’s decision of banning the MP.
