Kejriwal’s demand for ballot voting in MCD polls turned down by LG

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's proposal for using paper ballot during municipal corporations elections on April 22 has been turned down by Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal. He said that polling was not feasible due to the time constraint.
