India defeated Sri Lanka in the 2nd T20I match by 88 runs to clinch the 3 match series 2-0. Riding on Rohit Sharma's 118 run knock India posted a target of 260 runs for the Lankans to chase in 20 overs. Sharma slammed an outstanding 43 ball 118 runs and broke many records in the 2nd T20I at Indore. Rohit Sharma was on fire in the 2nd T20I match in Indore as he slammed 2nd 100 in the shortest format of the game in just 35 balls. There seems no end to the visitors’ woes, who suffered a 93-run defeat in the series-opener in Cuttack on Wednesday. For the hosts, the youngsters have stepped up in the absence of senior pros Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar and will look to guide India to yet another impressive series win.
