Gujarat Heavy Rainfall causes Flood Like Situation In Several Parts

Heavy rainfall triggered flood-like situation in several districts of Gujarat on Monday. Diamond city of Gujarat, Surat was also badly affected by heavy rainfall. 231 millimeter rainfall lashed Bhavnagar and Saurashtra region causing water level to rise significantly. Normal lives have been hit badly in districts. Heavy to very heavy rain with extremely heavy falls very likely at isolated places over Gujarat Region and Saurashtra is expected according to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) weather warning.
