Goa assembly results 2017: no party gets mandate, BJP to form govt: Amit Shah

The ruling BJP contested this year's Goa elections minus its ally from last time the Mahrashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP), and had said it is confident that it will win the 21 seats needed in the 40-member assembly to form government. Who will govern the tiny state of Goa? counting is almost done no national party – BJP or Congress – has won a clear majority.
