Kerala man hangs stepson from ceiling fan
The incident came to light after the minor's teacher noticed bruises on his neck and questioned him.
The Maratamuttom police in Kerala are on the lookout for a man for attempting to kill his step son by hanging his from the ceiling fan. The man has gone into hiding after the police filed a case on the class 4 student's statement.

The incident came to light after the minor's teacher noticed bruises on his neck and questioned him. The minor in his statement to the police said that his step father tied his legs with a rope and made a noose with it around his neck.
The father then allegedly hung him from the ceiling fan and switched it on. The boy added that the man also thrashed him after bringing him down from the fan.

child
is
said
to
have
been
tormented
after
he
wore
his
brother's
uniform
to
school
and
tore
it
accidentally
while
returning
home.
The
accused
is
on
the
run
and
the
police
have
registered
a
case
of
attempt
to
murder
against
him.
