Unwanted record: 9 ducks and Mumbai team all out for just 4 runs!

Mumbai, Dec 26: A cricket team in Mumbai was bowled out for just 4 runs, a record, with 9 of their batsmen getting dismissed without scoring.

According to a report in "DNA" newspaper, Rajhans Vidyalaya (Andheri) were all out for 4 against Yashodham High School in the Plate Group final (Under-16) of the Harris Shield Inter-School Cricket Tournament, at Shivaji Park, on Wednesday (December 24).

Rajhans Vidyalaya were bundled out for 4 in their second innings with Gaurang Sachar and Ryan Thomas taking 6 and 4 wickets respectively. Sachar had figures of 6/0 while Thomas returned 4/2. Yashodham High School won by an innings and 187 runs.

Rajhans' 9 batsmen were out for ducks while 1 player scored 2. The other 2 runs came through legbyes.

Team's coach Niyaz Warsi was "completely shocked" to see his boys' forgettable performance. "I don't know what happened. This has completely shocked me," Warsi told the newspaper.
