After becoming number one bowler again, people are discussing whether Jhulan Goswami can be placed among all time greats in the history of women's cricket.

But the Bengal fast bowler, even after achieving such a prestigious feat, did not seemed elated.

Rather she, while speaking on her achievement, said, “I am feeling good after reaching at top of the table. But I will be the happiest person when Indian women's team achieves the number one spot in the ICC rankings. My dream will come true if we, as a team, can reach at the top of ICC table."

Jhulan received the news on Thursday (October 27) that she has taken a lead over West Indies' Stephanie Taylor and became number one ICC bowler. Stephanie has earned 659 points.

This is the third occasion when the 33-year old bowler has climbed at the top of ICC rankings.

Asked about her achievement, Jhulan said, “I am not thinking about it at the moment. Rather, I am trying to focus on the forthcoming series against West Indies and then Asia Cup."

India is at number five in the ICC women's team ranking.

Jhulan dedicated her new achievement to her coaches, family members as well as her teammates and said, “West Indies is a tough side. But it will help us gaining the required experience and temperament before we play in Asia Cup."
