Jharkhand education minister does it again: Now she calls Bihar “a neighbouring country”!
Ranchi, Aug 3: A few days after she paid tribute to the former president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, when he was alive, Jharkhand education minister Neera Yadav on Sunday, Aug 2, called Bihar, a neighbouring country.

Her reply left the media-persons stunned, when she said, "Bihar is our neighbouring country and BJP.

Neera Yadav must remember that Jharkhand was carved out of Bihar in Nov 2000, and there is a huge difference between a state and a country.
