Kumar added that Uttar Pradesh should take a cue from Bihar where the consumption and sale of liquor has been banned.
"We had promised the people of Bihar, that we will prohibit the sale and consumption of alcohol if our party came to power. We kept the promise and the state is certain to reap benefits. UP too can do the same," he said.
