NCP to go headlong against Congress in the Delhi Assembly elections
NCP, a constituent of Congress-led UPA is going to announce its list of candidates for elections in States like Delhi, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
According to reports, senior party leaders of the NCP have been asked to work on a strategy to give a tough fight to Congress in Delhi. The NCP is sure to rake up issues like the scarcity of water in Delhi against the Sheila Dikshit government.
NCP leaders have said that the Delhi CM has snatched the right to drinking water from people of Delhi. Party leader Kanwar Pratap Singh reportedly said that acute scarcity is not just seen in the localities, where under-priviledged people live but also in the posh areas of Delhi.
NCP is most likely to list party candidates in the first week of October.
