Narendra Modi used to swim past crocodiles, comic book on him reveals
The 43-page graphical novel comprising 17 stories has been published by Rannade Prakashan and designed by Blue Snail Animation. The book shows a little Modi reading books on past leaders like Swami Vivekananda and Chhatrapati Shivaji while his friends are playing outside. He is also shown playing with a baby crocodile and swimming through crocodile-infested lake to hoist the flag on the top of a temple.
The book comprises 17 stories and will be available in 3 languages
The book also shows Modi doing daily chores at his house and serving tea and food to soldiers headed for the border to participate in the India-China war. His father used to run a tea-stall at Mehsana railway station.
Among other acts of Modi shown in the book are inspiring young players to beat seniors in a Kabaddi match and participating in a fund-raiser threatre.
A team of 40 illustrators has worked in preparing the book after putting in months of hard work. The book will be available in three languages, namely, English, Gujarati and Hindi. The online version will cost Rs 99 and the print version Rs 150.
