Music, folk songs a crowd puller at Kejriwal's rally
Haryanvi folk songs were a crowd puller at an Aam Aadmi Party election rally recently where Azad group from Hisar performed, following which, Kejriwal addressed the crowd.
The crowd, though there to listen to Kejriwal, were drawn to the stage as soon as the band started performing. The crowd said that this time tit would be a tough decision for them to choose between parties, considering the Aam Aadmi Party has made quite an impact.
The performers had added Kejriwal and current political and social issues to their performance. This was followed by Shehnaz Sultanpuri's powerful patriotic verses, which enthralled the crowd.
Kejriwal questions Rahul Gandhi at his rally
Once Kejriwal was on stage he began to question Rahul Gandhi's remark on the ordinance. "The same party which passes the ordinance rejects it. Do they think people are fools?" he said.
Gandhi had earlier termed the ordinance as nonsense and had said that it should be 'torn up and thrown away.'
Kejriwal promised people of an honest government and tackling of local problems at the earliest when his party comes to power.
