Sources in the home ministry said a large number of Bangladeshis who are entering India with valid passports and visas are not returning. Besides the poor ones, one section of the Bangladeshis, which is entering India and not economically needy, has already set up establishments here and the home ministry suspects that this section is conniving with political forces.
