New Delhi, May 4: After Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ajay Devgn became the third Indian actor to feature in the Panama Papers leak, according to an Indian Express report.

The Indian Express report said the 47-year-old actor owns a British Virgin Islands company, Marylebone Entertainment Ltd, which was incorporated in 2013. [Panama Papers leak shows vulnerability in the system: Panama Prez]
Devgn admitted to the having the overseas account but denied having done anything wrong. He told the Indian Express that the company was established under the guidelines of the RBI for overseas direct investment route and proper disclosure has been made by his family during filing the tax returns.
Devgan's chartered accountant Anil Sekhri told the daily that 1,000 shares are held by Ajay Devgan on behalf of M/s Nysa Yug Entertainment, a partnership firm between him and his actor wife Kajol Devgan.
