AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal to be sworn in as Delhi CM today
New Delhi, Feb 14: With massive security in place, Delhi is all geared up to welcome AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal in his second stint as the chief minister.
Kejriwal will be taking the oath as the Delhi chief minister today at Ramlila Maidan along with six other party leaders who have been appointed as Cabinet ministers.
President Pranab Mukherjee on Friday appointed Kejriwal as Delhi chief minister and six other party leaders as Cabinet ministers.
Around 3000 security personnel will be deployed at the venue. Kejriwal had invited PM Narendra Modi, opposition leaders Ajay Maken and Kiran Bedi. However PM will not be able to attend the ceremony.
AAP had swept the Delhi Assembly elections recently by winning 67 seats out of 70 leaving BJP with only three seats.
