Mumbai, Jan 13: A budding 27-year-old fashion designer's ambitions were crushed when she was offered a Rs 4 lakh per month salary in Dubai by a Mumbai-based boutique owner.

She had no idea that what was in store for her in the future.

According to a news report, she was forced into prostitution and during her 25-day stay in Dubai, 13 men repeatedly raped her.

Meanwhile, the Khar police have registered an FIR against the main accused 50-year-old Anjali Vinod Kumar Dey alias Agrawal, the boutique owner who lured victim for a hefty salary.

However, the victim's lawyer, Avinash Dubey said,"Police have registered the FIR against Agrawal under section 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) of IPC only. I am not satisfied with police action. I'll approach the court soon."

The victim is a resident of Goregaon (West) in Mumbai.

"I have complained to Dubai police headquarters as well. I have also written a letter to the hotel, demanding CCTV footage and other details", he added.

The victim is a resident of Goregaon (West) in Mumbai and holds a diploma in fashion designing.

The report said that the victim met Anjali in May last year at her "Memesaab" boutique in Khar (West) for the first time.

When victim reached Dubai with Anjali, then she was confined in a 17th floor apartment.

On June 2, last year, four men barged into the apartment and one of them wanted "sexual favour" from the victim in exchange of 3,000 Dirham. When she refused, then Anjali assaulted her.

The victim told police, "Anjali told me she had been involved in the prostitution business for the past 25 years. She claimed to have contacts in the Mumbai and Dubai police, as well as with ministers. She said that she would kill me if I dared to register a complaint against her."

On June 3, another man raped her. By June 27, 11 more men had forced themselves upon her at different times.

On the contrary, the accused Anjali said, "All these allegations are false. She (complainant) wants to extort money from me."
