Mathura: 2 dead, 5 injured while crossing railway track
Mathura, Aug 21: Two people were killed and five others injured while crossing a railway track in an attempt to board another train in Kosi Kalan on Tuesday. One person died on the spot and another succumbed to injuries at the hospital. Five others are undergoing treatment.
According to Times of India report, the accident occurred at around 7:48 am, when scores of passengers in a bid to secure a berth for themselves in heavily crowded Agra-New Delhi intercity, embarked on the train from wrong side of station platform.
