US drone strike kills top Taliban commander, three Haqqani terrorists in Waziristan
At least four terrorists were killed, in an American drone strike on Thursday night in North Waziristan near the Pak-Afghan border.
Accoding to Pakistan media,''Khan Said Sajna, deputy commander of Tehrik e Taliban Pakistan along with three Haqqani network terrorists killed in US drone attacks in Afghanistan and North Waziristan of Pakistan.
Earlier in January the United States carried out its first drone strike of the year near border area of the Hangu district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, claiming to kill two alleged Taliban commanders.
Pakistan had susbequently condemned the drone strike and called the unilateral action detrimental to the spirit of cooperation with the US in the fight against terrorism.
