Terror Horror: ISIS plot to kill Queen Elizabeth II and British Royal family members busted
According to media reports, Reyaad Khan and Ruhul Amin along with another ISIS member had plotted to kill the Queen and other royal family members on the day when the country celebrated 70th anniversary of VJ Day in Whitehall on Sept 15.
Rayeed Khan and Ruhul Amin, who joined ISIS, were the British nationals and they were the masterminds of the planned terror attack on British royal family members. However, both of them have been killed in a recent planned air strike.
Royal Air Force (RAF) attacked the three terrorists when they were travelling in a vehicle at Raqqah in Syria, which is considered as one of the strongholds of ISIS.
Meanwhile, British Prime Minister David Cameron too confirmed the reports about Rayeed and Ruhul. Writing on micro-blogging site Twitter, Cameron tweeted, "I've told the House of Commons that the ISIL terrorist, Reyaad Khan, who was plotting attacks on the UK, was killed by an RAF aircraft."

It seems a major terror attack has been averted by the Royal Air Force (RAF) as the slain militants reportedly had plotted to kill the Queen and her family members.
The royal family members, including the Queen and Prince Charles and others attended the ceremony for VJ Day, i.e. Victory over Japan Day, in Whitehall on Aug 15.
VJ Day is the day on which Japan surrendered in World War II, in effect ending the war.
