Shocking: Famous Nepal temple purified with Gangajal after president’s visit
Kathmandu, Dec 22: If reports are to be believed, locals in Nepal cleansed a famous temple after president Bidhya Devi Bhandari visited there.
According to reports, locals cleansed the Janaki temple located in Janakpur with Gangajal after president, who is a widow, visited the temple on the occasion of the Ram Janaki Bibah Mahotsab last week.
The temple was cleansed pointing out that offering of worship there by a widow was considered unholy.

where
the
ceremony
of
Ram
and
Sita's
anniversary
is
celebrated.
Her
visit
witnessed
huge
protests
by
the
Madhesis.
Women's organisations close to various political parties urged government to take action against miscreants who mistreated president during the visit.
