'Our air force was ready, but it was dark': Pakistan's Defence Minister reacts to IAF's airstrike
Islamabad, Feb 16: In a viral video, which appears to be Pak government's news briefing in Islamabad after India struck Pakistan, both Pak Minister for Defence Pervez Khattak and MEA Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that Pak Air forces were ready, as 12 IAF's Mirage 2000 jets entered in LoC and dropped bombs on JeM terror bases, but 'since it was dark they could assume the intensity of the attack'.

In a major anti-terror operation, Indian Air Force (IAF) aircraft crossed the LoC in the early hours of Tuesday and bombed one of the biggest JeM camp in Balakot, killing at least 350 terrorists. The air strike comes almost two weeks after the Pulwama attack in which 40 CRPF soldiers were killed after a JeM suicide bomber had rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into a bus plying the CRPF jawans in Kashmir.
