According to the bi-annual report, the North Korean nuclear and missile programme remains intact and there is no change in the Kim Jong-un regime's behaviour even as US President Donald Trump plans to meet Kim for a second summit after their much publicised first meeting held in Singapore last June.

Recently, Trump praised the hermit kingdom for showing "tremendous progress" in negotiations but CNN cited sources as saying that Pyongyang is preparing to keep its nuclear programme launch-ready.

The report was made by a panel of experts that was set up following several UN Security Council resolutions aimed at making Pyongyang stop testing nuclear programme and launching missiles.
