London, April 17: A video of minor Kurdish girl firing machine gun has gone viral in these days. Kurdish known for their female fighters for battling Islamic State (ISIS) militants at Syrian town of Kobane.
In a shocking revelation, at least 400 Islamic State (ISIS) fighters have been killed by the minor Kurdish girl, media reported.
Video of minor Kurdish girl dressed in pink jumper and trainers firing several rounds 'towards ISIS' has gone viral, The Daily Mail reported.
The girl who appears to be around six or seven years old, is shown sitting on a ridge just behind the large machine gun. She is being encouraged by saying kill, kill as shoots machine gun.
The video - entitled Young YPG Girl Shoots PK Machine Gun - was posted in January, but has only recently emerged on social networks.
YPG is the acronym for the People's Protection Unit, which has been battling ISIS since the extremists rise to power in 2014.
Kurdish female fighters have proved to be one of their strengths against the ISIS militants, as they appear to believe if they are killed by a woman they will not be rewarded with 72 virgins in the afterlife.
As a result ISIS fighters have been reluctant to enter battles with the Women's Protection Units, or YPJ, reportedly leading to descent within the ranks of the terrorists and hastening their retreat from battles in places like Kobane.
