I won't be UK PM forever, but Scotland's break with UK will be permanent: Cameron
While urging the Scots to reject independence and vote "no", Cameron said, " people of Scotland that they would face a "painful divorce" from the rest of United Kingdom if they voted for independence in the referendum on Thursday, as per a report published in The Guardian.
In an extremely emotional stark message, Cameron said that the he would not remain the UK PM forever, but the Scotland's break with the rest of the UK would be permanent.
"As you reach your final decision, please don't let anyone tell you that you can't be a proud Scot and a proud Brit ... So please, from all of us: vote to stick together. Vote to stay. Vote to save our United Kingdom", he told Scottish people.
He also warned if Scotland gets freedom, then the UK would deprive them of its Pounds currency.
In October 2012, British Prime Minister David Cameron and Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond signed the Edinburgh Agreement, allowing Scotland to hold an independence referendum on the question of "Should Scotland be an independent country?" The vote is scheduled for Thursday.
