The Ukip and Greens have slipped back two points from what it was earlier, to 11 per cent and 3 per cent, respectively, helping the Labour to recover.

The Liberal Democrats remained unchanged on 9 per cent. The Scottish National Party got 5 per cent.

The Conservatives are confident that their warning that the Labour party depend on Scottish Nationals' votes will influence many undecided voters on Thursday.

The preliminary poll prediction survey will be updated on the polling day.

The Conservatives currently have 302 seats in the 650-seat parliament.
