When Sushma Swaraj's 'Like' 'crucified' Manish Tewari over Father Uzhunnalil
Manish Tewari's tweet from last year came as a blast from the past as India celebrated the rescue of Father Tom Uzhunnalil
One should be careful what one posts on social media, especially if one is a public figure. Congress leader Manish Tewari probably learned it the hard way when a tweet he posted last year over Father Tom Uzhunnalil came back to bite him. All it took was for Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj to 'like' his tweet.
So ISIS allegedly crucified Father Thomas Uzhunnali &BJP Govt did nothing. Why because he was a Christian?Mr PM he was also a fellow Indian

In a bid to attack the Narendra Modi government over the abduction of the priest from Yemen, Manish Tewari on March 29, 2016, tweeted that Father Tom was "allegedly crucified" by the ISIS. He blamed the Modi government for doing nothing to stop the same. Even raised a question if the inaction was because Father Tom was a Christian. While Manish Tewari's tweets found support from some and backlash from others the real trolling began only on Wednesday when Sushma Swaraj liked Tewari's old tweet.
The 'liked' tweet became the butt of all jokes taking Twitter by storm. As people lauded Sushma Swaraj's simple yet powerful way to deal with criticism of her ministry and the government, Manish Tewari was not the one to keep quiet. He not only acknowledged that Swaraj had 'liked' his tweet but also responded to her as well as the trolls.
-wish you had done something more than ❤️liking my tweet @SushmaSwaraj ji -for this press release says it all https://t.co/AkeilCdShz 💜💙💚💛
