Mumbai, May 19: The wedding of the year is here as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are all set to exchange nuptial vows in a grand affair at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, England on Saturday.

The couple will wed at noon at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, before travelling through the town in a carriage at about 13:00 BST, reported BBC.

Like millions across the world, starry-eyed Indians too would tune into their television sets to have a glimpse of the royal affair, which is nothing but a dream for many mortals.

Amid all the noise, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India has decided to present "Merry" to Meghan and Harry on their special day.

If you are wondering who is Merry, well, it is an Indian bull, which was rescued with wounded neck in Sangli, Maharashtra. Merry has been cheekily named after Meghan and Harry by PETA India.

Since it's impossible to ferry the bull all the way to the United Kingdom (UK), thus PETA India has decided to gift them a portrait of Merry with its rescue story.

"As they (Meghan and Harry) have decided not to accept gifts, but donations for charity on their wedding, we have tried to send a message with our gift," S Bangera, PETA India, told ANI.

In a statement issued by PETA founder Ingrid Newkirk, she said, "Prince Harry and Meghan Markle now have a one-ton bull to call their own. Rescuing Merry is an ideal wedding present for a couple who want their day celebrated with charitable works and contributions."

She added, "The royal wedding is the perfect time for anyone to spare a thought for and show some love to all our fellow living beings."

Truly, love is in the air, and Merry brings a lot of cheer around us.
