What’s common between Yogi and Sonu? It’s their ‘legendary’ looks

After playback singer Sonu Nigam shaved his head on Wednesday, Twitter users made his comparison with UP CM Yogi Adityanath.

Mumbai, April 20: On Wednesday after playback singer Sonu Nigam shaved his head in response to the fatwa issued against him, Twitterati could not stop talking about his new 'bald and beautiful' look.

In fact, one of the Twitter users drew a comparison between Nigam and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's physical appearances. Adityanath always sports a bald head. Thus after Nigam shaved his head both looked like 'lost brothers'.

After Adityanath became the CM of Uttar Pradesh in March, Twitterati made his comparison with Hollywood star Vin Diesel. Even Diesel regularly shaves his head and not a single strand of hair could be seen on his head.

Earlier, ABP TV channel did a report on why is Adityanath always bald. According to the television channel, the Uttar Pradesh CM regularly shaves his head and likes to keep a 'clean' look, as per his barber.

Bollywood singer Nigam on Wednesday shaved his head, hours after offering to apologise if his controversial tweets on azaan were found to be anti-Muslim.

Earlier on Wednesday, he accepted headlong a challenge by a West Bengal cleric's fatwa offering Rs 10 lakhs to shave Nigam's head.

He hit back: "Today at 2pm, Aalim will come to my place and shave my head. Keep your 10 lakhs ready Maulvi."

Nigam kept his word and shaved his head just prior to addressing a media conference at his residence where police had beefed up security after his tweets raked up a huge ruckus.

Within sometime, Nigam's bald look trended on social media. Twitter users gave thumbs up to both Nigam's bald look and bold move.
