Weather forecast for Aug 15: Light rain likely to continue in Bengaluru
New Delhi, Aug 14: Here is the weather forecast for Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai for August 15.
Bengaluru:
The capital city of Karnataka, Bengaluru has been receiving on and off light rains since last one month. However, occasional moderate showers have also occurred over the city. As per Skymet weather, Bengaluru may receive scattered rains with one or two moderate spells during the next few days. Weather conditions in Bengaluru will become pleasant and very comfortable. In fact, nights will also become cool. Maximum & minimum temperatures very likely to be around 24 and 21 degree Celsius respectively. However, the humidity will be around 92 percent.

Delhi:
As per Skymet weather, Short spell rain or thundershower is likely over Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Northeast Rajasthan and plains of Uttar Pradesh. The maximum temperature will be recorded around 33 degree Celsius and humidity will be around 76 percent.
Hyderabad:
After a prolonged dry spell from July 22 to July 31, rains have once again commenced over Telangana as well as over the capital city Hyderabad. As per Skymet weather, heavy to very heavy rains are expected during the next 48 hours. Meanwhile, the maximum temperature would be recorded around 27 degree Celsius and humidity around 91 percent.
Mumbai:
Maharashtra has been receiving continuous rains for the last couple of days. In the last day, rains have increased over Vidarbha that received light to moderate showers with isolated heavy. As per predicted by Skymet Weather, Mumbai may receive scattered light rains with one or two places getting a short spell of moderate showers as well. The maximum temperature will be recorded around 29 degree Celsius and humidity around 82 percent.

Chennai:
Chennai has been receiving isolated light rains. As per Skymet Weather, a trough is running from the low-pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal to South Andhra Pradesh coast. As Chennai is in the vicinity of this trough, thus scattered rains is expected to occur over the city during the next 2 days. The maximum temperature will be recorded around 32 degree Celsius and humidity around 72 percent.
