Watch Sasikala thump Amma's memorial thrice
With an expression of resolve, an emotional Sasikala thumped her palm thrice on the memorial.
AIADMK interim general secretary Sasikala Natarajan, who has been convicted by the Supreme Court in the DA case, took an oath at Jayalalitha's memorial in Chennai's Marina Beach before she left for Bengaluru to surrender.
While offering floral tibutes the the late leader's memorial, an emotional Sasikala thumped her palm thrice on the memorial with a stern expression. She paused before the grave with wide eyes and an expression of resolve. She appeared to have vowed to come out stronger.

Sasikala Natarajan will surrender before a special court set up at the central jail presmises at Parapanaagrahara, Bengaluru. The Registrar of the Karnataka High Court issued an order to transfer the case to the central jail premises from the City Civil Court on Nrupathunga road in the city.
Sasikala who has left Chennai after paying tributes at Jayalalithaa's memorial is expected to reach Bengaluru by Wednesday evening. She will head straight to the court and surrender herself. From there she will taken to prison. She is expected to file an application seeking more time to surrender on health grounds. Earlier a similar application filed by her was rejected by the Supreme Court.
