Veteran actor Dilip Kumar admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital
Mumbai, Sep 5: Veteran actor Dilip Kumar has been admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital at 3:00 PM after complaining of uneasiness due to chest pain.
His family friend broke the news on actor's twitter handle, saying, "Saab has been admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital as he was bit uneasy due to a chest infection. He's recuperating. Requesting your duas and prayers."

The renowned actor, whose real name is Mohammad Yusuf Khan, has acted in several superhit films during his six- decade long career such as 'Madhumati', 'Devdas', 'Mughal-e- Azam', 'Ganga Jamuna', 'Ram Aur Shyam' and 'Karma'.
He was last seen on-screen in the 1998 film 'Qila'. The veteran actor was honoured with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, India's highest award in cinema, in 1994 and the Padma Vibhushan, the country's second-highest civilian award, in 2015.
The 94-year-old actor, who has had various visits to the hospital in the last few years, was last admitted in Lilavati in December after he complained of fever and swelling in his right leg.
