Uber upgrades app: Now drivers are rating passengers after every ride?

Bengaluru, April 6: In the wake of upgraded advanced technology, now online taxi giant Uber came up with new updated app with some changes in its features. With this new app, now users can see the 'Passenger Rating'.

Earlier, only passengers had the option to rate the driver at the end of the trip, but recently few commuters discovered that the drivers were also rating commuters after each ride.

Apparently with the updated rollout, riders have a way to see the score with a few clicks, while following the steps in app's menu.

The drivers now will be able to rate passengers on whether they are rude, belligerent or just overall a pain to deal with. You might find that drivers aren't accepting your trips as fast according to the rating which you can easly see in the provided Uber app's menu.

Honestly, the dual rating system of Uber giant will help to find out the best drivers as well as the best passengers with this new app.

Earlier passengers had to struggle hard to get the score while following the email with the customer service, but now it been easy to see the rating.

All you have to do is :

1) Get on to the Uber app

2) Click the bar on the top left

3) Click on Help

4) Go to Account and scroll down

5) Click 'I'd like to know my rating'

Your rating will appear on the screen immediately. This is why you see a figure such as 3.92, 4 or 4.9, appearing as updates on social media platforms, as riders share their ratings and want to improve them. Many others are challenging friends and family to display their own ratings.
