Mumbai, March 20: The infamous Wankhede brawl during 2012 IPL match has come back to haunt bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan. According to media reports, the Child Commission has asked Mumbai police to lodge an FIR against SRK for the brawl.

The Commission has said that Shah Rukh used foul words and abused the MCA officials in open where kids were also around. It has ordered the police to register FIR under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2006.

Also, the commission has sought an enquiry for not registering any case against Shah Rukh all this while, says Times of India report.

In 2012 during KKR IPL match, SRK had got into a scuffle with security personnel and had also threatened an MCA official following which the cricket association imposed a five-year ban on the actor barring him from entering the stadium.

The cricket association had also filed a police complaint against the actor under Section 323 (Voluntarily causing hurt) and Section 506 (Criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.

Shahrukh, however, denied the allegations saying he only reacted after children, including his kids, were "manhandled" by the security staff at the stadium.

The actor has recently paid a hefty amount of Rs 1.9 lakhs to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for failing to demolish an illegal ramp constructed infront of his house.
