It's fake! ISIS militant's fatwa for 'kafir'; announces his marriage to 7-yr old

Damascus, Aug 9:According to

, a kafir is not bestowed with any human value, which means he can be meted out with anything, be it slavery, sex, slavery or even be killed off.

In a photograph published by Muslim user on Twitter @Fadel_alHadidi who claims to be an ISIS militant, he is shown getting married to a 7 year old kafir girl. However, the source and the image is asaid to be unconfirmed.

The picture has the man announcing the marriage with a microphone, while the girl is standing next to her, scared and crying.
