Ryan school murder: Did cops botch up or juvenile fool the police

The CBI has been investigating a possible botch up in the Ryan International School murder probe. Officials of the CBI have been speaking with the Gurgaon police about the investigation.
The Gurgaon police had first investigated the case and said that the murder was committed by a bus conductor. The CBI which later took over the probe found through CCTV footage that a class 11 boy had allegedly committed the murder.
During deliberations with the Gurgaon police, the CBI sought to know how the obvious clues were missed. There were discussions on the analysis of the CCTV footage as well as the murder weapon.

CBI officials say that they are not pinning the blame on the police. We are just trying to find out if there were clues that were missed. We are also trying to find out if the child in conflict had managed to fox the cops.
