Ryan murder: How Gurgaon police framed the murder
All through the initial part of the probe, the Gurgaon police did not reveal where they had recovered the murder weapon from.
It was the Gurgaon police that planted the knife on the conductor while probing the Ryan International School case in which 6 year old Pradyuman Thakur was murdered.
The CBI which took over the case made a sensational revelation earlier this week, when it said that the murder was committed by a class 11 student and not the conductor as was said earlier.
CBI sources said that the knife belonged the class 11 student who is a juvenile. He purchased it from a local shop. The murder weapon was found by the Gurgaon police who then planted it on the conductor, the CBI probe has also found.
The CBI on Thursday recreated the crime scene. The officials were also led to the shop by the boy from where the knife was purchased. During the questioning the boy also told the CBI that he slit the throat of Pradyuman and left the bathroom. He also said that the boy did not react at all.
The Gurgaon police had recovered the only murder- the knife from the commode of the bathroom where the murder was committed. It was thrown there by the juvenile who immediately left the crime scene after the murder, CBI sources also informed.
All through the initial part of the probe, the Gurgaon police did not reveal where they had recovered the murder weapon from. The manner in which the police initially probed the case now reveals that it was a complete frame up.
