Rs 40 lakh reward announced for naxals who killed jawans in Chhattisgarh
The police have released posters declaring a prize money up to Rs 40 lakh for information on the naxalites who killed 25 CRPF jawans in a brutal strike at Sukma in Chhattisgarh. The attack took place on Monday at the Burkapal camp of the CRPF's 74th battalion.

In the posters the police offer Rs 40 lakh as a reward for information leading up to the naxalites. The top reward of Rs 40 lakh is for Ramanna alias Santhosh Shukla. He is followed by Vanoja and Madvi Mangali on whose heads rewards of Rs 8 lakh and Rs 3 lakh have been announced respectively.

The trio were part of the attack at Sukma, the police say. Ramanna is a key operator who was one of the persons who led the attack, investigations conducted so far have also shown. The police in the posters also say that the name of the informant would be kept a secret.
