As per a report published in The Tribune, the tests were conducted at the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) located on the premises of the CBI headquarters in New Delhi.

On the other hand, Pradeep Malik, lawyer of the alleged molesters said "he was sure that the accusations against the boys were false", according to India Today report.

The video of sisters thrashing their alleged molesters in a moving Haryana Roadways bus had went viral on the social media and had created a furore.

Later, many twists and turns in the case pointed the needle of suspicion on both 'brave heart' sisters too, leading to a through investigation into the sensitive matter.

The alleged molesters-- Deepak, Mohit and Kuldeep - were arrested on Nov 30 and were remanded to custody till Dec 6.

After the youths were arrested, an old woman, who claimed to be a passenger in the same bus, claimed that the youths had not indulged in harassment of the sisters. She claimed that the fight between both sides started over taking a seat on the bus.

Family members and lawyers of the accused youth claimed that the two sisters were habituated to picking up fights and thrashing boys.

A third video had also emerged in this episode in which the father of one of the accused is shown beating him up inside the police station premises and forcing him to feel sorry for the incident with the girls.

On Monday, Dec 15, 2014, a local court had granted permission to the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Haryana Police to conduct polygraph test on the two Rohtak sisters and their alleged molesters.
