Ravi Shankar Prasad Distributes Aadhaar Cards to Vrindavan’s Widows

The Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology Ravi Shankar Prasad was in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh with the Member of Parliament from Mathura, Hema Malini to celebrate two year completion of Narendra Modi government at the center.

The event is being celebrated as Vikas Parv by the government and ministers are touring India and addressing meeting of BJP volunteers and spreading the message of how the government is undertaking various useful schemes for the people. The ministers are also motivating volunteers to spread the message of good work done by Modi Government.

In Mathura the minister along with the Member of Parliament from Mathura Hema Malini, presented Aadhar Cards to widows of Vrindavan Ashram. The benefit of this move will be that they will get their old age pensions online.

The minister also distributed benefits under ujjwala scheme.

He also informed that soon a pilot project will be launched in Mathura where by Indian Post Office will sell Prasad from Krishna Temple in Mathura through eCommerce.

He also informed gathered BJP volunteers that his ministry has laid 1,088 kilometers of optical fibre in just last one week. Thereby, now 52,758 gram panchayats are under the optical fibre's reach.

He also informed the gathered people that Narendra Modi government has saved Rs. 36,000 by eliminating corruption in benefit transfer and that now this money is being used for poor people.
