New Delhi, Aug 9: Congress leader Renuka Chowdhury on Tuesday, Aug 9 came in the eye of storm when she made shocking remarks saying that "rapes keep on happening".

Notably, Renuka, who is not news to controversies, has served as the Union minister of State (Independent Charge) for Ministry of Women and Child Development in the UPA government.
