Railway Protection Force cop saves boy from falling under a moving train in Mumbai
Sunil Kumar's lightning speed in rushing to rescue the child saved him.
A Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel saved a boy from falling under a moving train at Naigaon railway station in Mumbai. RPF, Western Railway Constable Sunil Kumar Napa saved the life of 7-year-old boy while his mother and he tried to board a moving train at platform number 2 at Naigaon Station on Februrary2.
Sunil Kumar's lightning speed in rushing to rescue the child saved him. The Western Railway tweeted that CCTV footage of the courageous act and commended the exemplary act of courage.
He was rewarded immediately along with an appreciation letter to acknowledge his courage, presence of mind and the speed with which he acted briskly. "We also appreciate & thank all the people who put their efforts to help save the child," Western Railway stated.
