‘Proud’ mother prays for injured jawan son, who killed 5 Naxals, in Chhattisgarh
Mother of CRPF jawan Sher Mohammed says she is proud of her brave son and the entire village is praying for his early recovery.
A day after India lost 25 'brave sons', who were killed by Naxals, in Sukma district of Chhattisgarh, mother of injured Central Reserve Police Force constable Sher Mohammed said that she was proud of her son, who had killed five Naxals in the attack, on Tuesday.
"My son killed five Naxals. I am proud of my son and the entire village is praying for him," Fareeda, mother of Sher, told ANI.

Talking about the attack, an injured Sher spoke to reporters from his hospital bed on Monday. He said the ultras sent villagers to trace the location of the CRPF men.
"First Naxals sent villagers to trace our location. Then almost 300 Naxals attacked us. We also fired and killed many. They were around 300 and we were around 150, we kept firing. I shot 3-4 Naxals in the chest," Sher added.

Meanwhile, the mortal remains of the CRPF personnel, who lost their lives in the Sukma Naxal attack, were brought to the CAF camp (Mana) in Chhattisgarh.
