All the four judges who were part of the press conference on Friday began hearing matters as normal. However there was a bit of drama in the court of the Chief Justice of India, Dipak Misra.

When the CJI began hearing matters, he was interrupted by counsel R P Luthra. He mentioned before Justice Misra to take action based on Friday's events. He said, " the CJI must take action against the anti national forces who conspired to destroy the institution."

The CJI listened to him patiently. Justice Misra did not utter a word. After a while he broke into a smile and continued hearing of other matters. It was only a mention by Luthra. There was no petition filed to this effect. The CJI did not stop him during his mention and neither asked if he had filed any petition in this regard.
