Only a 'chaiwala' can tell unemployed youth to sell snacks: Hardik Patel’s latest jibe at PM Modi
Taking a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Patidar leader Hardik Patel on Monday said that only a tea seller can suggest that unemployed youth should sell "pakodas".
Patel took to Twitter saying, "Only a 'chaiwala' can give a suggestion like get a roadside cart selling pakodas to unemployed youth. An economist would never give a suggestion like this."
बेरोज़गार युवा को पकौडे का ठेला लगाने का सुझाव एक चायवाला ही दे सकता है, अर्थशास्त्री एसा सुझाव नहीं देता !!!!

He was responding to PM Modi's reference to snack-selling as employment.
Answering a question on employment during an interview telecast on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked, "If a man selling pakodas outside the Zee TV office takes home Rs 200 at the end of the day, is that not employment?"
This is not the first time PM Modi has been taunted with the chaiwala jibe.
In 2014, former Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar had said that if some 'chaiwala' is willing to sell tea, we shall arrange a stall for him.
A meme tweeted by 'Yuva Desh,' the official handle of Indian Youth Congress's online magazine, showed PM Modi, US President Donald Trump and UK PM Theresa May standing together, deep in conversation.
