No coalition, BJP will romp home comfortably says Shobha Karandlaje
There will be no coalition government this time in Karnataka, BJP MP, Shobha Karandlaje has said. She said that the BJP would romp home with a majority in the May 12 Karnataka assembly elections.
She told media persons in Bengaluru that the people were fed up with the existing dispensation. She said that the people wanted a change in the state and would vote for the BJP.
Taking on the Congress she said that its leaders do not openly debate about the progress it has made in the state. All their leaders are confined to their constituencies and are uncomfortable to speak about development, she further added.
Shobha also said that if one looks at the support that Narendra Modi and Amit Shah have got in the state, it is a clear indicator that the BJP will win big in the state. There would be no need for an alliance as the BJP will surpass the 113 mark in the 224 member house, she also added.
On asked as to who the candidate for Jayanagar would be, she said that the party would take a decision later. The party is shock following the death of Vijaykumar, who passed away while campaigning in Jayanagar, she also added.
