Muslims should not live in India: Vinay Katiyar
AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi demanded s a law punishing anyone calling Indian Muslims 'Pakistani', saying that there must be a 3-year jail term for anyone using that term.
BJP MP Vinay Katiyar on Wednesday issued a controversial statement, saying Muslims should not live in India and they should go to either Pakistan or Bangladesh.
Vinay Katiyar said, " Muslims should not live in India. What is the need to stay in India after partition based on population? They should either go to Pakistan or Bangladesh."
Also, he demanded a bill to punish those who do not respect 'Vande Mataram', those who insult the national flag and those who hoist the Pakistani flag.
"There should be a bill that punishes those who do not respect Vande Mataram, those who insult the national flag... those who hoist the Pakistani flag, they should be punished, " he said.
