Mumbai: Television actor in legal trouble, faces Rs 1.35 crore cheating case
Mumbai, Oct 7: Anuj Saxena, the television actor, landed in a serious legal trouble. Rs 1.35 crore cheating case has been filed against him and his elder brother Alok Saxena.
The two brothers, the pharma barons, landed in trouble as their cheque of Rs 1.35 crore bounced back. Police have already arrested Alok Saxena, who is the MD of Elder Pharmaceuticals, a medical manufacturing and marketing company.

Anuj, who is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the company, currently is on run and police have been trying to locate his whereabouts. Anuj acted in television serials.
The Saxena brother along with other top officials of their company have been accused of trying to make a payment of Rs 1.35 crore through five post-dated cheques from a deactivated account.
One FIR has been filed against the Saxena brothers by Dr Anil Agarwal who is the proprietor of MAK Ampoules Pvt Ltd and Ankola Paper Mills Pvt Ltd.
The two companies, which are headed by Dr Anil Agarwal, are based in Marine Lines which supplied material to Elder Pharmaceuticals.
The Saxena brother have been booked under Sections 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 34 (common intention).
