The reason for sending out this group to the border is to assist in the infiltrations. A recent IB report speaks about this group and this once again proves that the Pakistan army is taking the support of terrorist organisations to spread terror in India.

The IB report states that the group operates along the Line of Control. It specifically aims are infiltrating and also causing damage at the Surankot and Poonch districts of Jammu and Kashmir.

ISI officials also held a meeting with top commanders of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen to create a blueprint of the attacks. Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Syed Salahudeen was also present at the meeting. Last week, at least seven to eight armed BAT members attempted to infiltrate Kupwara in Jammu & Kashmir as Indian troops opened fire on them.

The IB has warned that several such groups would be brought in near the border. There is a sense of urgency that Pakistan is displaying as it wants to ensure that as many people as possible infiltrate before the winter sets in.
