Lance Naik Hanumanthappa’s family members on the way to Delhi
Bengaluru, Feb 09: Lance Naik Hanumanthappa Koppad's family members are on their way to Delhi. According to Eashwar Koppad, one of the relatives of the solider, a local MLA in Dharwad has made arrangements for their travel.
"They are going to Hubli first and then to Goa by car. From Goa they will catch a flight to Delhi today evening," Eashwar told OneIndia over the phone from Dharwad.

As reported earlier, Lance Naik Hanumanthappa was airlifted in a special flight to Delhi today and immediately he was shifted to the RR Hospital in Delhi.
His condition is said to be stable, but not out of danger.
Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar tweeted saying: "My prayers are with Lance Naik Hanumanthappa who miraculously survived the avalanche at Siachen."
Congress leader and actress Divya Spandana (Ramya) too had put out tweets praying for the soldier. "Joining millions in prayers for speedy recovery of Lance Naik Hanumanthappa now airlifted to Delh. Solider buried for 6 days found alive. My prayers with the families of all 10 bravehearts. Salute," said her tweets.
The first medical bulletin is being awaited and the soldier is being admitted to the ICU.
